Inktober'15 #3 - Miss Hokusai

A totally different subject for today's Inktober issue~
I went to the movies to watch the anime movie Miss Hokusai portraying the elder daughter of the renowned japanese painter Hokusai (the one who's painted The Great Wave I'm getting inspiration from for my ongoing mosaics project).
I really enjoyed that movie. Everything looked so beautiful, and of course attractively exotic for european eyes ^^ I love the kimonos the women wear, their hair style, I love the look of the traditional japanese houses, and view of Tokyo at the Edo period are beautiful. The father-daughter duo is very interesting. And Miss Hokusai has such a strong personality! I like her grumpy looks ^^
